A man has been arrested following a stand-off with police.
Police negotiators had to be called out after a man refused to leave a property in Ruthinon Thursday.
Eyewitnesses reported up to six police cars and a number of officers at the scene in Well Street.
North Wales Police said a 41-year-old man was believed to be acting in a threatening manner.
The arrested man remains in police custody and is being questioned in connection with the incident.
A North Wales Police spokesperson said: “Just after 5pm, police received a call expressing concern for the safety of a man who is also believed to have made threats.
“Officers attended at a property on Well Street along with trained negotiators after the male refused to leave the address.
“The man later made his own way out of the property and was arrested.”
