Snowdon,North Wales - Vandals smash windows of excavator parked halfway up Snowdon

WITNESSES are being sought after an excavator parked halfway up Snowdon was trashed.The random attack happened on Saturday between 3pm and 6pm and police are seeking any walkers who may have been in the area.
The excavator, which was located on the popular Llanberis Path and is owned by the Snowdonia National Park Authority, had its windows smashed.
It was being used as part of ongoing maintenance by the Park Authority and the machine has had to be removed to be repaired.
Due to the good weather on Saturday afternoon, police are hoping somebody may have witnessed the incident as it was very busy in the area.
