A group of women who helped a man after he was attacked in Wrexham are being urged to contact police.
North Wales Police want to speak to the group who came to the aid of the 21-year-old man.
The man had been attacked by another man at roughly 2.30am on Saturday, March 5.
He was assaulted as he approached the roundabout junction of Ruabon Road and Fairy Road.
The victim was punched several times by the offender and fell to the ground.
A spokesman for North Wales Police said: “The attacker then made off in the direction of the town centre.
“A group of three or four women came to the victim’s assistance and asked if he was alright.
“He then made his way home and later discovered that his mobile phone was missing.
“Anyone with information which could help the police with their enquiries is asked to call 101 quoting incident number RC16032004.”
