Cardiff,South Wales -Three teenagers arrested after continued anti social behaviour in Cardiff suburb

Three teenage boys have been arrested by police after extra patrols were set up following anti-social behaviour in a Cardiff suburb.
The boys, one aged 15 and two aged 16, were arrested for public order offences after swearing at officers and refusing to move on from Merthyr Road Lane in Whitchurch.
The latest incident happened around 3.30pm on Wednesday afternoon when the area was busy with children and shoppers.
Police confirmed there have been concerns from the community about anti-social behaviour in the area and extra patrols are being carried out in the area.
On Monday, a teenage boy was charged with assault after officers were called to the local Subway food outlet.
Police arrived in two vans and a car following what South Wales Police said were reports of anti-social behaviour by a group of young people who had been asked by staff to leave the store in Merthyr Road.
In Wednesday afternoon’s incident, there three boys were released from custody and are now subject of Youth Restorative Disposal (YRD).
