FOUR young men have appeared in court in connection with an alleged robbery and high speed car chase from Port Talbot to Mumbles.
Swansea Magistrates Court heard the incident was sparked on Monday evening.
Jay Rossi, aged 20, and Michael Cummings, aged 18 — both of Alexandra Road in Swansea — Liam Evans, aged 18, of Oystermouth Road in Swansea, and a youth who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared in the dock today charged with robbery.
The youth has also been charged with motoring offences, including dangerous driving.
No pleas were entered to the charges during a brief hearing before District Judge Neil Thomas, and the four males were remanded into custody to appear again at Swansea Crown Court on Friday, April 29.
