Police release suspect description after attempted handbag snatch in Gendros

POLICE are appealing for witnesses to the attempted theft of a handbag from a woman in the Gendros area of Swansea this morning.
The incident took place on Gendros Avenue East at approximately 10.30am today.
South Wales Police has said a man unsuccessfully attempted to snatch a handbag from a woman, who was unharmed by the incident.
The suspect has been described as a white male, aged between 19 and 22 years old.

He is said to have dark short hair, and was wearing a grey hoody and joggers.
Police say he was last seen by the Community Centre in Gendros.
