A man has been charged with murder after a 39-year-old was stabbed in Cardiff.
Clint Simms, of Ely, was found in Glyndwr Road, in the area, at about 11:30 GMT on Thursday, but died at the scene.
Stephen John Pike, 58, of Ely, has been charged with murder and two counts of possessing a knife in public.
South Wales Police said he had been remanded in custody to appear at Cardiff Magistrates' Court on Monday.
A 37-year-old man, who was also arrested in connection with the incident, was released without charge on Saturday.
The force said Mr Simms' family had been updated and were being offered support.
Extra patrols are taking place in the area while detectives continue to appeal for information.
They have urged anyone who might have seen a "disturbance" in Mill Road, near Ely Bridge, to come forward.
Detectives would also like to hear from anyone who spotted a white Fiat car in the area at the time or anything that happened in Glyndwr Road on Thursday morning.
