TWO men accused of being involved in an attack in Oswestry in which a man was stabbed are to face trial.
Telmo Bernardo, 18, and Luke Cross, 22, appeared at Stafford Crown Court by video
link from prison last week.
Both face allegations relating to an incident on January 23 in Castlefields, Oswestry, when the alleged victim sustained serious stab wounds, including conspiracy to commit murder, making threats to kill and cause criminal damage.
The case was adjourned to April 29 for a further plea and hearing to consider evidence. A provisional trial date has been set for July 4.
Bernardo, of Glau Gors, Caia Park, Wrexham, and Cross, of Sutton Coldfield, remain in custody.
