A vicious thug attacked his pregnant partner on Christmas Day, fracturing her cheekbone and causing a crack in her eye socket.
Dean Quentin Thomas, 29, assaulted his partner Tiffany May Williams in her own home after she opened the door on December 25 out of pity.
Caernarfon Crown Court heard Thomas had rowed with Miss Williams at 2am on Christmas Day when he was drunk.

Gareth Roberts, prosecuting, told the court Thomas, of High Street, Bala, accused Miss Williams of being unfaithful.
She kicked him out but he turned up again at 7am, still drunk.

Mr Roberts said: “At 7am he knocked at the front door.
“She wanted him to go but he told her it was Christmas Day, he was wet and cold and he had no where else to go.
“She took pity on him and opened the door.
“He immediately attacked her, punched her hard to the face with a clenched fist to the left eye area.
“She fell to the ground and he kicked her to the right side of the face.
“During the attack he was shouting at her, accusing her of infidelity.”
The attack took place while their five-month-old child was upstairs sleeping. Miss Williams suffered a broken cheekbone and a cracked eye socket the blows were so fierce.
Mr Roberts continued: “She (Miss Williams) was able to lock the door and went to stay at her neighbours.
“They let her into the house with her child and Miss Williams said the door should be locked because the defendant may still have been in the vicinity.
“Thomas appeared in the window shouting at Tiffany Williams that they were done.
“She replied; ‘Yes, we’re done. Go.’”
But Thomas continued to linger in the area with a bat threatening other neighbours.
Thomas admitted assault causing grievious bodily harm at a previous hearing.
Judge Philip Harris-Jenkins said: “You assaulted your partner by a punch to the face and by kicking her to the face.
“Your five-month-old daughter was in the house and your partner was four-weeks pregnant at the time.
“This was a brutal attack without provocation on the mother of your children.
“It was carried out because you thought she was seeing some one.”
Thomas was sentenced to two years behind bars.
Detective Inspector Gerwyn Thomas said: “North Wales Police are committed to pursuing offenders who cause the greatest harm in our communities.
“I hope the sentence handed down to Thomas reassures members of the public that such violence will not be tolerated.”
