Armed police officers were called to a railway station in South Wales on Saturday after receiving reports of a man with a firearm in the area.
South Wales Police said the man had not been found but officers remained in the area for reassurance
South Wales Police were called to Port Talbot railway station on Saturday morning.
But police said the man couldn’t be found after a thorough search, that no threats were made and that nobody was hurt.
Chief Inspector Chris Truscott tweeted just before 11am: “No threats made and no injuries, officers still in the area providing reassurance.”
