Lee James Ainsworth, of Victoria Street in Craig y Don, will face trial in August

A man accused of having a stun gun disguised as a mobile phone is set to face a crown court trial.
Lee James Ainsworth, of Victoria Street, Craig y Don, Llandudno , appeared before His Honour Judge Geraint Walters for a plea and trial preparation hearing at Caernarfon Crown Court today.
Ainsworth, 22, stood in the dock as the clerk read out the charges to him.
He pleaded not guilty to having a firearm - namely a stun gun - disguised as another object when he was stopped by police in Llandudno on January 2.
The defendant also pleaded not guilty to possessing a firearm with the intent to cause fear of violence also on January 2.
He pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis on the same day.
His bail was extended until the trial to be heard at Caernarfon on August 10 with the conditions he is not found drunk in a public place and does not approach any potential witnesses in the case.
