The warrant was executed under the Misuse of Drugs Act and proved positive after what is suspected to be cannabis plants were found at the location.
Police confirm arrest
North Wales Police confirm a man has been arrested on suspicion of supplying a class b drug after the drugs warrant was executed.
Drugs warrant
We’re being told it’s to do with a drugs warrant being executed. It’s thought the police have been there since roughly 8am.

There are three police cars and a crime scene investigation vehicle at the scene in the west end of Colwyn Bay.

There is a heavy police presence in Colwyn Bay this morning. Reports have been received of a number of officers and police vehicles having converged near to the Lidl store in the town.
It is the second time a significant police presence has built up in the area this week. On Monday, a man who runs a bookshop in Hawarden Road was slashed with a knife. It is understood that so far no-one has been apprehended over the attack.
There is, however, nothing to suggest that this current police activity is connected to that incident, but we will bring you all the updates as they come in.
A man has been arrested after police swooped on a suspected cannabis farm in Colwyn Bay .
Several officers in the West Conwy policing team executed a drugs warrant on a flat in the west end of the town, near Lidl.
Suspected cannabis plants were found at the location and police were seen snapping pictures from inside the flat above a hair and beauty salon.
A spokesman for North Wales Police said: “A man has been arrested on suspicion of production of a class b drug and on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a class b drug.

"He has been taken to a local custody unit where he is awaiting questioning.”
Crime Scene Investigators remain at the scene.
Nearby businesses told the Daily Post the police had been there since roughly 8am
