Police have launched an investigation after three cars were vandalised on nearby streets in Wrexham.
The damage was caused overnight on Sunday on separate roads in Llay and officers say they are keeping an “open mind” as to whether the incidents are linked.
They are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward and speak to them.
At 12.38am yesterday (June 13) North Wales Police received reports that a window of a BMW parked on Oak Tree Avenue had been smashed.
The female owner of the car, who did not wish to be named, has sent the Daily Post a photograph of the damage caused to her car after the driver’s window was targeted.
Later that morning a further two reports of damage were received by police – the back window of a car had been broken in Seventh Avenue and two tyres were damaged belonging to a vehicle parked on Shones Lane. All three roads are in close proximity.
PSCO Aled Hughes said: “Anyone with information or who may have witnessed the incidents should contact me at Gresford police station on 101 quoting reference number U086570.
“Alternatively, people can contact the Crimestoppers charity with information anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
