Train journeys have been disrupted for more than two hours following a police incident inWrexham earlier.
North Wales Police were called to the scene at around 1pm on the A541 this afternoon.
Eyewitnesses at the scene said a man was spotted on the bridge above the railway line.
The A541 around Regent Street and Mold road was closed in both directions at 1.10pm for around 20 minutes while the incident was ongoing
The road has since reopened but the incident has delayed train services running through Wrexham.
The rail disruption is expected to last until 3pm according to Arriva Trains Wales.
North Wales Police have confirmed that a man was cleared off the bridge.
