A HOLIDAYMAKER spoke of her horror after she claims her dog was attacked in Llandudno.
Lisa Bird, from Wolverhampton, said she cut her holiday in the town short after her 12-year-old terrier cross Molly was attacked by a husky in Mostyn Street on June 15.
Ms Bird, 31, said the incident happened at midday at the bin outside Waterstones and left Molly in need of hundreds of pounds worth of vet treatment.
She said: “I would like this photo to get back to the owner of the husky that attacked my dog. She had no control over her dog as she was talking to someone with her back to her dog on a loose lead.
“I knelt on the pavement with Molly while passers by expressed their concerns at what they had witnessed. At no point did the owner of the husky make any attempt to see if Molly was ok and simply walked off.
“I was really hoping the owner would come forwardan d contribute to some of the vets bills.
“I also hope that they now muzzle the dog in public. I would hate for another dog owner to go through this.
"She is on the mend slowly, she is still on tablets and antibiotics and is due to have her stitches out next week if all goes well - there is still a lot of bruising."
A spokesperson for North Wales Police confirmed a call was received reporting a dog had attacked another dog in Mostyn Street, Llandudno.
