Porthmadog,North Wales - Kittens found 'tied inside plastic bag' and dumped in bin

The two kittens were found tied inside a plastic bag

The adorable animals were discovered by chance after council workers heard their cries when they were taking out some rubbish

These two kittens were found dumped in a tied carrier bag inside a bin.
Council workers heard their cries coming from behind the harbour master’s office inPorthmadog when they went to get rid of some rubbish earlier today.
Whoever dumped the black and white kittens tied the handles of a Tesco carrier bag together to keep them inside.
At the moment, they have been taken in by Gwynedd Council staff who have now reported the incident to the RSPCA.
An inspector from the charity is due to come out tomorrow to collect the kittens and carry out investigations.
