Wales - Locked up: The murderer, arsonist and attacker sent to prison in Wales this week

Some of the criminals sent to prison this week included two people sentenced over the murder of a mother in her Cardiff flat and a woman who set light to her own house.

These are the faces of the criminals jailed this week

Kial Ahmed and Roxanne Deacon

South Wales PoliceKial Ahmed has been sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of Nadia Jones with Roxanne Deacon who has been sentenced to13 and a half years manslaughter

Murderer Kial Ahmed was given life imprisonment for the murder of Cardiff mum Nadia Jones, 38, at her flat in Tremorfa.
Roxanne Deacon, 27, was also sentenced for her role in the mother-of-one’s death after pleading guilty to manslaughter.

Jack Martin

Jack Martin was jailed for four years and eight months for a city centre assault on a student rugby fan after a game.

Jack Watson

A man was thrown from the balcony of his girlfriend’s flat by her angry ex-partner who had just got out of jail for attacking him before.

The 22-year-old was jailed for throwing his ex-partner's boyfriend off the balcony of a flat in Porthcawl.

Alison Cokely

Alison Cokely was jailed at Swansea Crown Court

The 51-year-old was jailed for three years for setting home to her Swansea Valley home and watching it burn from a garden chair.

Geraint Jeffreys

Geraint Jeffreys was jailed for 27 months for having sex with two 14-year-old girls
Restaurant worker Geraint Jeffreys was jailed for 27 months for having sex with two 14-year-old girls.

Manuel Scarlat and Gheorge Constantine

Scarlat and Constantine were jailed after they took money from vulnerable and elderly victims at cash points in various cities and towns, including Cardiff andSwansea.
Manuel Scarlat, 18, was sentenced to two years imprisonment and Gheorge Constantine, 44, was given 20 months in prison after 17 offences were reported in total across Wales and the Midlands. Both men pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit theft.
Morris Doyle
Morris Doyle stole chocolate worth £32 and ended up being jailed
Morris Doyle stole chocolate worth £32 and ended up being jailed
Doyle, 47, stole 32 chocolate bars from a pound shop on Queen Street, Cardiff, and then threatened to attack a security guard with a bike chain.
He admitted possessing an offensive weapon and shoplifting.
Doyle, of Ogmore Road, Caerau, Cardiff, was sentenced to serve 32 weeks and six days imprisonment.
