Two people have been charged over a stabbing in Holywell.
A 44-year-old man and a 45-year-old woman from the town are to appear in court following the incident on June 1 .
The stabbing occurred at around 10pm after a man was reported to have been wounded in Nant Eos.
North Wales Police Detective Inspector Jonathan Salisbury-Jones at Mold CID said: "The two were arrested shortly after the incident was reported in Nant Eos, Holywell on 1 June and last night they were both charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm.
"Both have been refused bail and will appear before Wrexham Magistrates this morning, The 37-year-old male victim remains in hospital in a stable condition."
