A MAN found dead at a haunt for drug users in Wrexham had just been thrown off a detox course because of his behaviour.
The body of 34-year-old Stephen Tobin was found on the night of May 31 in woodland near Capel y Groes in Bodhyfryd.
At the opening of an inquest in Ruthin yesterday, John Gittins, the coroner for North Wales East and Central, said Mr Tobin, an unemployed roofer of no fixed abode, had been living at a detoxification centre since May 20 but the police were called on the day of his death to eject him.
“It was clearly not working for him and it was decided to end it due to his behaviour,” Mr Gittins said.
A post-mortem examination was carried out by pathologist Dr Mark Atkinson who deferred his decision on the cause of death pending toxicology tests.
