Swansea,South Wales - Police swoop on petrol station and find drug dealer with heroin in Kinder Egg

Police found Issac Browne with a Kinder Egg containing heroin at a Swansea petrol station
A POLICE swoop on a Swansea petrol station caught a drug dealer in the backseat of a car with almost £300 in cash, a Kinder Egg containing wraps of heroin — and a pair of dirty gloves.
The arrested man then took police to a quite lane off a residential street where he had buried the rest of his drugs stash.
Swansea Crown Court head he had been sent to Swansea by a London drugs gang to a work off a debt he had incurred five years previously after police had caught him hiding cocaine in the wall of Cwmdonkin Park.
Brian Simpson, prosecuting, said that officers, acting on intelligence, swooped on the Shell garage on Mumbles Road on the afternoon of June 15 and found Issac Lara Browne in the back of a car.
On him the 22-year-old had £295 in cash, two mobile phones containing messages about drug deals, and a soiled pair of gloves. In the lining of his jacket officers found a Kinder Egg containing nine wraps of heroin.
The court heard Browne led officers to domestic garages off New Mill Road in Sketty Park where he had buried a stash of heroin and crack cocaine.
Browne, of Howard Road, South Norwood, London, had previously pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and heroin with intent to supply when he appeared via videolink for sentencing.
The court heard that Browne has 17 convictions for 30 offences, and was sentenced to a detention and training order at Croydon Youth Court in 2011 after being caught hiding a stash of cocaine and heroin in a hole in a wall at Cwmdonkin Park.
Andrew Evans, for Browne, said the June offence was linked to the earlier one in that the drugs gang he had been working for in 2011 wanted to make good their losses.
The advocate said: "Those he had been working for earlier had not forgotten the debt — in the early part of last month they contacted him and told him 'we need you to work for us to pay off that debt'.
"He was directed to come to Swansea; directed to work to pay off that debt."
He said it was likely there would be "repercussions" now that the London gang had lost another consignment of drugs.
Mr Evans added that his client was hoping to embark on a business studies course at a college in London.
Judge Paul Thomas QC said it was the defendant's fault that he had got "tied up" in the world of drug dealers and their "filthy trade".
For each of the two possession with intent charges Browne was sentenced to four years in prison, each sentence to run concurrently, making a total sentence of four years.
