A man has been arrested following a drugs raid in Denbighshire today.
Police swooped on a property on the outskirts of Ruthin this morning.
Officers said they uncovered a significant amount of what is believed to be cannabis and police enquiries are ongoing.
The 41-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of the cultivation of cannabis and remains in police custody.
Inspector Glen Brumby from the Local Policing Team said: “We will continue to take positive action against those who are involved in the possession and distribution of controlled drugs.
“However, we can’t tackle this problem alone and we need the community to help us by sharing their concerns with us.”
He said information may be passed to police by speaking to local officers or PCSOs or by contacting the control room direct via the new web live chat.
Information may also be given to police by phoning 101, through Facebook, Twitter or by phoning Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
