A child has been taken to Ysbyty Gwynedd with “various injuries” after being hit by a car in Llandudno .
Six police vehicles and an ambulance were stationed on Ffordd Dewi in the town since before 7pm

An area of the street was taped-off earlier while accident investigators and scenes of crime officers worked to establish the facts surrounding the incident.
North Wales Ambulance Service confirmed there had been an incident.
A spokeswoman said: “We were called at 6.45pm by police to a collision on Ffordd Dewi, Llandudno, between a pedestrian and a car.
“One ambulance attended and we have taken a child, a boy, to Ysbyty Gwynedd with various injuries.
“The casualty was taken to Ysbyty Gwynedd and his injuries are not deemed as life threatening.”
