POLICE have made an arrest following an assault in Carmarthen last night.
Dyfed-Powys officers is appealing for witnesses to the incident which occurred outside Priory's Fish Plaice on Priory Street at around 9.15pm on Monday.

The force has already arrested a 55-year-old man on suspicion of assault.
A spokeswoman for Dyfed-Powys Police said: "Dyfed Powys police is appealing for witnesses to an assault upon a woman that occurred outside Priory's Fish Plaice on Priory Street in Carmarthen last night (Monday, August 22) at approximately 9.15pm.
"A 55-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of assault. He remains in police custody.
"Anyone who witnessed this incident is urged to call Carmarthen CID on 101 with information immediately."
