South Wales Police has released the image as a warning to others
A man was left with this huge gash to his head after the reported incident on Saturday.
South Wales Police is now investigating an assault which happened on Queen Street just after 11.30pm on Saturday, August 20.
A 26-year-old sustained a head injury and a 17-year-old has been arrested on suspicion of assault.
