Denbigh warrants

Police in Denbigh last night, Thursday 11th August, executed two warrants under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
Both warrants, in Hennessey Terrace and Chapel Street areas of the town, were positive with quantities of cannabis being recovered.
As a result one man has been reported for summons, and another has been bailed pending further inquiries.
District Inspector Gareth Jones said: “This is yet another example of the successful work that is being undertaken to tackle drug supply.”
He added: ““We are attempting to address concerns that cannabis is being sold to young people in and around Denbigh and welcome information from the public relating to those people in the community who are involved in the supply of drugs.”
Anyone with information relating to the supply or cultivation of drugs should call Police on 101. Alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111 or contact the control room direct via the new web live chat/contact/chat-support.aspx
