A MAN arrested by police made unpleasant threats to a female police officer.
Nathan Wilson said he would rape the officer’s family with a glass bottle and rape her with a bigger bottle.
He threatened to kill her and said if police pressed charges “my boys will come after you”.
Wilson, 28, of Lyme Grove in Buckley, had been arrested at a house where he had been heard shouting.
He kicked a hole in a door and made threats to the female occupant.
Flintshire Magistrates Court at Mold heard on Tuesday how he said “next time I will slit her ...... throat” and “dance on her head.”
He punched the police car window and during continued to make threats, said prosecutor Justin Espie.
Brian Cross, defending, said his client had apologised to the officer immediately at the police station.
“He is extremely remorseful and accepts he needs to be punished,” said Mr Cross.
District Judge Gwyn Jones said the defendant’s behaviour on the night was “utterly and totally inappropriate.”
He told Wilson: “Such comments are unacceptable.”
Wilson admitted a public order offence on July 11 and criminal damage to a police car and was placed on an 18-month community order with 35 days rehabilitation and 140 hours of unpaid work.
He was ordered to pay £120 compensation to North Wales Police, £85 prosecution costs and a £85 surcharge.
