POLICE are appealing for witnesses after stones were thrown at a moving vehicle on the A55 J25 at Bodelwyddan.
At around 2.45pm on Monday, police received reports that three youths were seen throwing stones from the bridge between Bodelwyddan and Bodelwyddan Castle.
Officers attended and searched the area.
PCSO Phillip Roberts said: “We believe one of the youths was wearing a baseball cap and that a female with long brown hair was also involved.
“The consequences of this criminal behaviour could have been fatal and I am appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who has information about the suspects, to contact police on 101 quoting reference number U113836.”
