A man was arrested after immigration raids in Prestatyn .
Police, working with Home Office, are holding a Bangladeshi man after executing a warrant
The multi-agency operation, carried out by officers from North Wales Police’s safer neighbourhood teams in Prestatyn and Rhuddlan , and the Home Office immigration enforcement saw a number of premises being visited.
A warrant was conducted at one location in the town centre on Thursday night.
There, a 29-year-old man of Bangladesh nationality was arrested by immigration enforcement and taken in for questioning.
Sergeant Mark Jones tweeted about the operation.
He wrote: “Positive warrant in Prestatyn.
“ North Wales Police and UK Home Office working together.
“One male in custody.”
