A MAN has been arrested after three parked vehicles were damaged after a car crashed into them.

A 30-year-old local man has been arrested on suspicion of the aggravated unauthorised taking of a motor vehicle after the collision on Thursday morning.

North Wales Police were alerted to the incident on Marine Road at 10.59am after a Vauxhall Astra was reported to have collided with parked cars.

The Vauxhall Astra left the scene and was later found on a side street nearby.

A spokesman for North Wales Police said: "A 30-year-old local man has been arrested on suspicion of the aggravated unauthorised taking of a motor vehicle and has since been released on police bail pending further inquiries."
