A man of 70 who has admitted a groping charge protested to a judge yesterday: "You're just wasting my life."
Allan Coop said at Caernarfon crown court "I'm not going anywhere" - but he was wrong, two security men grabbing his arms and taking him to the cells.
Judge David Hale, remanding him in custody for pre-sentence and psychiatric reports, said : "The problem is what worry you are causing to other people."
Coop, of Llys Dulyn, Talybont, Conwy , had pleaded guilty to sexually touching a vulnerable woman of 74 in the toilet at a restaurant.
Judge Hale said it happened within two days of being sentenced "for a similar disgraceful assault on a person who didn't deserve to be indecently assaulted."
He'd then been given a community sentence for the offence against a young shop worker.
Defence barrister Simon Rogers said Coop didn't wish to go back to Altcourse remand centre but Judge Hale said he "wouldn't dream" of granting bail.
The case was adjourned until September.
