The body of a woman, 85, was found at an address in Cardiff
A man who was struck by a train at Cardiff Central has been arrested in connection with a murder in Cardiff.
The 86-year-old man was injured at the station on Thursday.
South Wales Police said the body of an 85-year-old woman was found at an address in Fairfax Road, Heath, on Thursday.
On the same day the man was hurt after being struck by a train at Cardiff Central at about 12.30pm.
South Wales Police confirmed they have arrested the man who is in hospital receiving treatment for his injuries.
A house on Fairfax Road has been closed off and a policeman is standing outside the property.
