Police are appealing for help to identify this man after an eight-year-old girl was bitten by a dog in Penarth.
The girl was reportedly bitten on the foot by a Staffordshire Bull Terrier outside the Clive Arms Hotel, in John Street, Penarth.
It happened at around 4pm on Wednesday, July 13.
South Wales Police would like to speak to the man pictured.
"He is urged to come forward if he sees this appeal"
He is believed to be the owner of two dogs – a black and white collie dog and blue Staffordshire Bull Terrier.
Officers believe he may be from the Cardiff Bay side of the barrage.
A spokesman for South Wales Police said: “He is urged to come forward if he sees this appeal. “
