POLICE investigating the theft to £10,000 worth of fibre optic cabling from a wind farm site have released a CCTV image of a man they want to talk to.
The theft happened at Phillipstown, Rhymney, in the early hours of Wednesday, June 1, and officers are appealing for anyone with information to come forward,
Detectives have now released a CCTV picture of a man they want to talk to in connection with the incident. They also say they are keen to trace a black Audi A3 car.
A spokesman for Gwent Police said: "Officers are currently investigating a break in at a wind farm site in Phillipstown, Rhymney.

"Approximately £10,000 of fibre optic cabling was stolen.
"CCTV shows this man at the site, driving a black Audi A3, who we are keen to speak to regarding this incident."
