A bus company is offering a £2,000 reward after two buses were torched by arsonists.
Arriva Buses Wales will pay the sum if the information provided leads to the conviction of those responsible.
A single decker bus was extensively damaged and an open top double decker bus completely destroyed by the fire at the company’s Pwllheli station during the early hours of Saturday.
Three fire crews from Pwllheli, Nefyn and Porthmadog were called to Glandon Garage on Caernarfon Road at 2.30am after the alarm was raised and spent more than an hour tackling the flames.
Police and fire officers are treating it as arson.
Two people were seen on and around the buses between 2.15am and 2.35am with fire breaking out immediately after.
Insp Dewi Jones said: “We are keen to speak to anyone who may have been in the vicinity of the Glandon Garage on Caernarfon Road between 1.30am and 2.30am on Saturday or who may have seen someone acting suspiciously in the area.”
A spokesman for Arriva Buses Wales said: “Both vehicles have already been replaced in service therefore resulting in no disruption, although both the vehicles involved are now beyond use.
“Arriva Bus Wales is supporting both police and fire services in their investigations and is also offering a £2,000 reward for information resulting in convictions arising from the case.”
Anyone with information relating to the fire is asked to call PC100 Carwyn Tomos at Pwllheli Police Station on 101.
