Jamal-Uddin Muhith, Hussain Hussaini, and Abdulhai Jalal all admitted affray after being involved in the fight outside Burger King in Queen Street in the early hours of the morning.
Sentencing at Cardiff Crown Court on Thursday, Judge Geraint Walters said: “The first blow is struck and the whole thing quickly gets out of control – that’s what affray is all about.
The incident occurred around 3am on October 2 after Wales beat Fiji 23-13.
Muhith and Hussaini were ordered to complete 180 hours of unpaid work in the next year and Jalal must complete 120 hours.
All three must obey a curfew for three months as well as paying costs of £100 and a victim surcharge of £60.
