Police are appealing for information after a unique handmade Christening shawl was stolen from a shop in Llandudno.
The white shawl was on display inside the shop on Madoc Street when it was stolen, sometime between 9am and 12pm on Saturday, June 11.
PC Lynette Farley said: “This was a brazen theft from a small haberdashery shop. The proprietor spent some 30 hours producing the white crochet christening shawl and each row is of a different design – hence it is unique.”
Anyone who may have seen the shawl or who may information relating to it is asked to contact PC 2235 Farley at Llandudno Police Station on 101 quoting reference RC16085584.
