This burnt out car has been left in a Cardiff park.
The city council says the owners might want to drive it away - even though it has no wheels
The car has been in Splott Park since the early hours of Tuesday.
But the city council says it can't be removed as the owner has "seven days to retrieve it".
A resident has tweeted the council asking for them to remove it.
But the authority has replied saying: "As there are valuables still left in the vehicle, the owner has 7 days to retrieve them before it is removed."
@GHawke123 Hi. As there are valuables still left in the vehicle, the owner has 7 days to retrieve them before it is removed
@cardiffcouncil Even though it's been set on fire, missing two wheels and clearly underivable?
He has now approached Cardiff South and Penarth MP Stephen Doughty and ward councillor Gretta Marshall asking for "common sense to prevail".
@SDoughtyMP @Grettaelaine Both - any chance common sense can prevail here and get the car removed from Splott Park?pic.twitter.com/Sxi7sVIEf9
