Some residents have criticised the mess at the spot which is currently being occupied by 48 year-old Jonathan Hughes

A seriously ill dog was left tied to a railing with a note from its owner saying they could “no longer cope”.
The abandoned German Shepherd was found near Talacre beach yesterday, has since been put to sleep by vets.
The note left by the owner said the dog’s name was Sindy.
Kind-hearted members of the public looked after her until the RSPCA arrived.
RSPCA Cymru is now appealing for information after the dog was discovered at around 8am tied to a railing at the end of Station Road by a red lead with yellow stripes.
Inspector Kia Thomas said: “This poor dog was not able to use her back legs, and could not stand or walk by herself and was suffering from an infection.
“She was immediately taken to a vets, and a decision was made by the vet that due to the pain she was in and her serious condition, that it was the kindest thing to put her to sleep.
“It was such a shame as she was a lovely dog, but her suffering was too great.”
Sindy had a collar, but no tag and was not microchipped.
Inspector Thomas added “I would like to thank the members of public who stayed with her until I arrived. They provided shade with their umbrellas and water for Sindy.
“They also helped me to lift her into my van as she was a very large dog.
“They showed wonderful kindness towards this dog in very distressing circumstances.”
Anyone who may have information about this dog should contact the RSPCA inspectorate appeal line on 0300 123 8018.
