Swansea,South Wales - Jail for man who exposed himself to Swansea schoolgirls for a second time

Tyrone Harding has been jailed for exposing himself to schoolgirls in Sketty
A MAN who exposed himself to schoolgirls as he walked home from the shops — the same youngsters he exposed himself to in a Swansea park just months earlier — has been jailed.
Tyrone Wayne Harding has also been put on the sex offenders register for the next 10 years.
Swansea Crown Court heard that on the afternoon of November 17 a group of girls were walking along Clarendon Road in Sketty when Harding came up behind them and took his penis out of his track suit bottoms.
Ian Ibrahim, prosecuting, said one of the girls turned around and saw him — and recognised the 36-year-old as the man who had exposed himself to her and her friend in Cwmdonkin Park in April this year.

Mr Ibrahim said that Harding then walked past the girls and grinned at them.
Harding formerly of Eaton Terrace, Uplands, but now of Carlton Terrace in Mount Pleasant, Swansea, had previously pleaded guilty to exposure when he appeared in the dock.
Mr Ibrahim said that in their police interview the girls said they now felt afraid to go out on their own.
In Harding's police interview the defendant said he suffered from social anxiety and that he felt the kind of behaviour he was involved in was the "only way he could meet girls".
The court heard that Harding has convictions for exposing himself to girls in Cwmdonkin Park on April 24 and April 27 this year — the first of those two incidents involved two of the same girls from the November incident.
However, Mr Ibrahim said the prosecuting was not seeking to prove Harding had deliberately targeted the girls again.
John Hipkin, for Harding, said the only mitigation he could put forward on behalf of his client was his full co-operation with his police and his early guilty plea.
The barrister added: "He has been drinking and lost his self-control".
Recorder Peter Griffiths QC said there were "disturbing aspects" to Harding's pre-sentence report which didn't bode well for the future.
He told Harding: "It is clear I have no alternative other than to sentence you to an immediate term of imprisonment.
"In my judgement, having reading everything I have about you, it might be that you will remain a danger of sorts to the public when you are released — but I cannot do anything about that."
The judge sentenced Harding to 12 months in prison, and revoked the three-year community order that had been imposed for the April exposures and re-sentenced Harding to 12 months for each of those offences, the three sentences to run concurrently.
Harding will also be a registered sex offender for next decade, and will be the subject of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
