Buckley man who was spotted standing naked through a window of his own home has been ordered to register as a sex offender.
Two schoolgirls had been shocked and embarrassed by what they had seen through the ground floor window of the home of Christopher James Daniels, 41.
Flintshire magistrates court heard he had also been seen in the window naked by an adult female, but Daniels, of Alyn Road, denied the claims.
He denied a charge of outraging public decency but was convicted in his absence at an earlier hearing.
On Tuesday he was ordered to register with the police as a sex offender for the next five years.
He was placed on a 12 month community order with rehabilitation.
In addition, he was ordered to pay £620 prosecution costs and a £60 surcharge – and was fined £50 for failing to answer his bail on his trial date.
Prosecutor Rhian Jackson told how the offences took place between September 23 and October 15.
He had been seen standing completely naked in the ground floor window of his home and simply covered his genital area with his hands.
One young girl told how it made her feel uncomfortable and embarrassed.
Another victim told how she turned away quickly when she saw him.
But one the one occasion she caught his eye he was looking at her and she believed he was doing it deliberately.
She feared what he was capable of and worried that he might do the same thing to vulnerable people and children.
The adult female was told by the two other victims what was happening and she witnessed it too.
Interviewed, he denied that any such thing had taken place.
He said he never walked around the house naked, had not stood in the window naked and could not understand why it was said that he had.
The defendant said that he had tattoos on his body but no mention had been made of that by the complainants.
Daniels did not turn up for his trial, claiming that he had suffered a panic attack.
Chris Jesse, defending, said that there were some worrying aspects to the case.
He said that the pre-sentence report on the defendant was very sensible and well thought out and suggested that it was a positive way forward.
