Police have re-opened a road following an incident in the Brynmill this evening.
Witnesses say there were six police cars, two police vans and an ambulance on King Edward Road not far from the Cricketers Pub.
A section of the road was cordoned off, but officers removed tape around 6.30pm to allow traffic back along the road.
South Wales Police have been unable to provide a comment on the incident, which appeared to be centred on a property on the road.
One witness said: "I happened to be passing when the police first arrived there around half past four.
"There was one van with its lights on and two officers knocking on the door. When I came back that way some time later things had obviously escalated as the street was blocked off either side of the house and the paramedics were waiting to treat someone".
