Police and fire crews were all called out just before 4am this morning

Emergency services were called to reports of drunk men climbing scaffolding outside a Cardiff hotel.

Fire crews from Central, Ely, Barry and Malpas were all called to the Jury's Hotel on Park Place in the city centre at 4am this morning.

At 03.59 we received a call reporting 4 intoxicated males at risk after climbing scaffolding at Jury's Hotel Park Place Central....

Update Central: Central+rescue crews from Ely Barry and Malpas responded. On arrival Police had resolved the situation + crews stood down

When crews arrived, police had resolved the situation, according to South Wales Fire Service's Jennie Griffiths.

She described the stunt as "crazy behaviour".
