A man assaulted following an early-hours altercation with a large group of people inHolywell needed hospital treatment for serious facial injuries.
North Wales Police said the 44-year-old was attempting to get into a nearby taxi after leaving the Boars Head pub in High Street.
It is believed there was an altercation with a large group of people before he was assaulted at about 2.10am on Monday, May 2.
Investigating officer PC Ben Baker at Flint police station said: “The victim required hospital treatment for serious facial injuries.”
