Youths who caused a woman on a mobility scooter to crash into a wall after harassing her and hitting the vehicle with sticks are being hunted by police.
The woman hit the wall while trying to avoid the group in Wrexham on Friday, May 13.
North Wales Police said the victim was riding her scooter along Jeffreys Road between the junctions for Warrenwood Road and Borras Park Road at about 9.20pm.
Three boys, who were aged around 14 and were holding tree branches, followed her.
They began hitting the back of the vehicle with the branches and asking to “have a go” on the scooter.
In an attempt to avoid them, the woman turned the scooter but hit a wall, causing minor damage.
The youths, who were wearing dark clothes with their hoods up, then ran off.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101, quoting reference number RC16071872.
