A MAN jumped off a bridge onto train tracks in Wrexham.
Police blocked off part of Regent Street and Mold Road at about 5pm on Saturday as the incident unfolded near the town’s general train station.
A police spokesman said: “We were called following reports a male was on the railway bridge with a knife to his throat.
“Force negotiators were called but he had jumped on to the railway tracks prior to their arrival.
“The man survived and was taken to hospital with a suspected broken leg.”
