A knife-wielding masked raider robbed a Spar store in Neath after demanding money from the shop assistant.
The menacing figure went into the store at around 8.45pm on Sunday and fled via School Road with money from the till.
He is described as stocky and is believed to be in his mid 20s and was wearing a mask and a hi-visibility jacket.
South Wales Police is investigating the robbery. Officers said no-one was hurt during the raid.
