If you want to live on Wales’ most expensive road, you’ll need more than £800,000.
The most expensive road in the area in 2015 was Sanderling Way in Porthcawl, where prices average £855,500.
The least expensive road in Wales in 2015 was Caerau Crescent in Newport, where prices averaged £23,500.
The most expensive street in England and Wales in 2014, was South Eaton Place in Belgravia, where the townhouses go for an average of £9.9m.
There were 1,352 streets in England and Wales where the average price was £1m or more, down from 1,411 in 2014.
The least expensive street in England and Wales for the second year in a row was Waterloo Walk in Sunderland, where flats sold for an average of £16,500 in 2015, up from £14,050 in 2014.
Figures are based on data from the Land Registry, which lists the price paid for every property bought at market value by non-commercial buyers, so auction sales and property bought through companies is excluded.
Averages for each road are based on the mean of all sale prices in 2014. Streets with fewer than three sales are excluded.
