A Wrexham teenager charged with conspiracy to commit murder has appeared in court.
Telmo Daniel Bernardo, 18, of Glan Gors, was in the dock at Stafford Crown Court this morning (February 8).
The charge relates to an incident in Castlefields, Oswestry, on the night of January 23, in which a man sustained serious stab wounds.
Bernardo was remanded in custody and will next attend Stafford Crown Court on March 4 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
He will appear alongside Luke Cross, 22, of Mount View, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, was is charged with one count of conspiracy to commit murder, one count of threats to kill and one count of threatening to cause criminal damage.
As part of the ongoing police investigation into the incident, a 19 year-old man from Wrexham and a 51-year-old male from Welshpool have been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder and released on bail pending further enquiries.
