Stolen cars were also being driven onto the estate and burned out.
Caia Park Community Council chairman, Marc Jones, who was at the meeting, said: “I have been assured there is positive action being taken against the families who youths who have been identified as being responsible for anti-social behaviour.”
Last month police chiefs asked parents if they knew where their children were at night, as local councillor Keith Gregory expressed fears somebody may be killed if the attacks continue.
A North Wales Police spokesman has said: “We are working together with the fire service and asking for the community to be more vigilant and be prepared to give information that will help the police catch those responsible.”
Over the last four years, the Daily Post has continually reported on the scourge of arson in Caia Park.
In January last year figures showed fire service has been called to more than 3,500 arson attacks across North Wales over the last four years with Wrexham accounted for more than a third of those calls.
Cars, motorbikes and vans in Wrexham were targeted by arsonists 73 times in 2012 and 75 in 2013 with 43 further incidents from January to October 2014.
