A man arrested on suspicion of murder and a woman arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender have been released

A man and a woman arrested in connection with the murder of Liam Hill in Rhyl have been bailed.
Police say further enquiries are being made after the pair were released.

On Saturday, a 46-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of the murder of Mr Hill, and a 41-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
Both are local to the Rhyl area and were held in custody while being questioned by detectives.
Despite the arrests, North Wales Police have continued their appeal for information.
Mr Hill’s body was discovered in his flat on West Parade shortly before 2pm on Friday, January 8.
Detective superintendent Mark Chesters, who is leading the investigation, said: “I am certain the key to this investigation lies within the local community and I continue to appeal to anybody who may have information that could assist our investigation to come forward.”
At a press conference in Colwyn Bay last week, Mr Hill’s family made an emotional appeal for anyone with any information about the incident to come forward.
Their plea came just days after the family were struck by another tragedy with the loss of Liam’s older brother.
Supported by her daughter Lynette Whitfield, Liam’s sister Colette Sudlow said: “I am speaking on behalf of our family, for my mum, my sister, our children and grandchildren.
“Liam was a very much loved and important part of our family.
“He loved nothing more than spending time and having fun with us.
“He was kind, caring, generous and fun to be around.
“He loved sport and music, and loved a little dance. He was one in a million.”
Anyone with any information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, quoting Operation Panatella.
